Order confirmation

When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail as soon as possible with information about your order. Save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of any contact with customer service. Always check the contents of the package and make sure it matches your order confirmation.

Delivery

Normally you will have your package within 1-3 days. For larger campaigns, it may take a little longer. Smaller orders with backlisted products are shipped when all items are in stock. We reserve the right to remove backlisted products from the order. When the shipment leaves our warehouse, a delivery notice is sent to the e-mail address you specified. Below you can read about all the shipping methods we offer. Available shipping methods for your order are generated based on the zip code, items and weight you enter before proceeding to checkout.

Delivery to mailbox

If possible, PostNord distributes in your mailbox/letter box. A letter is considered bulky if it cannot be delivered to a mailbox/letter box, you can then collect it from your agent. You will receive a notification about where you can pick up your consignment note via SMS.

2. Right of withdrawal

2.1 When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase by notifying TIEL Energy within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period). Note that if the product's packaging is broken, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

2.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods: goods with a broken seal (for example dietary supplements, cosmetic products, electronics, scales and similar products);

3. Exchanges

3.1 TIEL Energy fulfills the customer's wishes to the greatest extent possible. Possibly offers a refund on the products that are desired to be exchanged.

1.1 The warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's order confirmation is valid as a guarantee certificate.

1.2 The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. A customer who wishes to claim an error in an ordered item must contact TIEL Energy as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact details provided on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in good time. The customer has 12 months (the longest shelf life of our food) right of complaint on goods purchased on the Website. In case of complaints or warranty matters, TIEL Energy reserves the right that it may take some time as the supplier of the product is the one who decides on approval of the matter.

1.3 TIEL Energy is responsible for the return shipping for approved complaints.

1.4 When the claimed item is returned and the claim is approved, TIEL Energy will compensate the Customer in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. TIEL Energy strives for this to take place within 30 days of TIEL Energy receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the goods. TIEL Energy reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, TIEL Energy follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board or equivalent boards in other European countries.
