What is TIEL?

TIEL Energy pouches are a supplement filled with lots of energy! With 50mg of caffeine per bag and several important vitamins and minerals that give you a lovely balanced boost of energy.

Is TIEL a snus?

Yes and no. We are very similar as products. But we are very different when it comes to the content of our pouches. Our energy pouches are completely free from nicotine and tobacco. Instead, we contain lots of energy, such as vitamins and minerals, as well as caffeine, which gives you an extra boost in your everyday life.

This makes TIEL Energy pouches a perfect substitute for both "white snus" and energy drinks.

How many TIEL can I take per day?

We recommend not consuming more than 400mg of caffeine per day, which corresponds to 8 pouches.

What's the shelf life?

Our boxes last up to 12 months from the time they were produced in unopened packaging. See best before date on bottom.

Is TIEL a supplement?

Yes. Our energy pouches contain several important vitamins and minerals.

We always recommend a varied diet.

Age limit for TIEL

Our energy pouches have a recommended age limit of 15 years.

Caffeine is one of the world's most consumed stimulants.

It is probably thanks to all the positive effects we feel from the caffeine. It can increase our energy, focus and endurance when we really need it.

However, the Swedish Food Agency recommends that pregnant people should limit the amount of caffeine to a maximum of 200 milligrams per day.

Delivery & Returns

How long is the delivery time?

We do our best to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. It usually takes between 1-3 business days.

In some special cases, it may take an extra day. For example, during holidays and other unforeseen events.

How is your package delivered?

We offer shipping options from both Postnord and DHL. Directly to your door or a service point.

Can I track my parcel?

If you order more than two products, you can track your package using the link provided in the delivery confirmation email.

If you purchase only one product, the package will be sent as a letter and therefore cannot be tracked.

Can I cancel my purchase or make an exchange?

Of course. If you are not satisfied, you can send your cans back to us. Please note that only products with an unbroken seal and within 14 days of receiving the package can be exchanged or are eligible for a refund.
